Saying that you're unable to work doesn't supply enough information to suggest a path to a solution. Are you able to connect to your SQL Server instance? If not, you need to troubleshoot the connection. When you did the install, did you include your current login as one of the administrators? Did you select mixed security or AD only? If mixed, do you remember what the 'sa' password you supplied was? If you're able to connect, but are just unsure what to do you can start creating a database. Where it says "Databases" under your server, just right click with your mouse and select "Create new database" from the context menu. You can do a lot from there. If the problem is something else, just detail what the issue is and I'm sure someone here can point you in the right direction. I can also suggest you get a copy of [Beginning SQL Server 2012][1] (there's also a 2008 version) by Rob Walters and myself. It gives a very complete overview of SQL Server from the start.
