ssas deployment failed

hi, i am trying to deploy ssas project onto the development server but it gives me the following error Error 343 Either the 'NTDOMAIN\123' user does not have permission to create a new object in 'DEV2008', or the object does not exist. 0 0 i have admin permissions on the dev server. i connected to analysis services SQL\DEV2008 server and i am able to access my database 'BIOLAP' and am able to create new database on the server as well. i am deploying the changes only and i'd tried deploy full it still wouldn't let me deploy. deployment server is enterprise edition so, where do you think the problem might be?? please let me know as i need to deploy the changes to test on development server
