Invoke a call to the command line tool for SecureFX using the execute process control flow task. Or for ease of use, create a batch file with the right switches etc needed to invoke SecureFX and use the bat file in the execute process task. That way you just need to modify the bat file if you need to make a change and not the package.

The SecureFX website has a section on automation, this should be what you need. Section 2 is amount command line syntax which is what you will need to read up on.
