Mysql to sqlserver data migration

We are currently developing MIS reports for the client, Client is using two stand alone applications, Each application backend is MySQL. What we have to do is, we need to fetch the data from MySQL files and dump into SQL Server. This process we need to keep in a Job and that will be scheduled everyday at their non-business hours to get the up to date data into reports. I would like to know how to do the above requirement, any help is highly appreciable.
