Can't get SSRS to start

We restarted our server and SSRS, didn't restart up with it. In configuration manager, I manually started it, but the service url, and manager url don't work.

What have you tried? What do the logs say?

As far as I know, nothing changed. Where would I find the logs?

Same server...unfortunately, I am not the DBA (he's out of town conveniently), so I can't provide detailed configuration settings. We are running SQL Server 2012 on Windows Server 2012 Web Edition.
