Backup transactional log for log shipping

I am following the link below: http://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/2301/step-by-step-sql-server-log-shipping/ Which folder should I use to backup transactional log is it the trransactional Log Backup setting folder or copy folder transactional log.

You will backup the log into the log backup folder. The copy folder is where the log is being copied to on your secondary server. The secondary server will use this folder to perform the restore from.

The Transaction Log **Backup** folder. Often this is local to the system doing the backups but it is better to place this off the system so you don't lose everything should the system go down.

It's a good idea to use a backup system that allows for backup files to be created in multiple locations for that very reason.
