Why presedence constraints not working
Hi, i have ssis package contains parallel tasks which contains presedence constraints,based on presedence constraints the one flow will execute ,but here executing both flows ,it is in schedule,but if we execute manually it will work properlly can you give assest me ASAP THANKS NAGI
It is confusing when you say this works in debug mode but not when started via SQL Agent but in my experience the thing to watch with constraints is that their logic is right - when you have more than one constraint (true and false) and they have different conditions with AND and OR logic. This could only be different in your two scenarios when you consider the different accounts that are running the package and the security permissions that they might have. Without knowing the steps that are involved it is difficult to know exactly but are there file locations or data access steps in the package where the error occurs? What does the package log have in it, any error details?
