How to add custom xml tags like in web.config in dtsconfig of SSIS 2005?,How to store custom tags in dtsconfig file for SSIS package in MSSQL2005?

Hi All, I'm trying to use third party encryption dll at SSIS package which requires some configuration like key and hash and other stuff. [Included this in GAC] Is there any place where I can place the xml config tags to be used by the referred dll? Thanks, Harry.
