Trigger in 2008 db

Am using Trigger in my current sql 2008 db. As per requirement, As & when there is any insert/update/delete, the trigger has to fire & update the appl_audit_log table with correct values. The same is not working & not displaying the exact columns. Attaching the necessary script & Request your help in meeting my desired functionality output. hi VSVaidya. Downloaded and tested on my desk top and it verified it is working fine, when you run a deleted command on cc_case_test table, Table Identitiy will not be changed, http://blog.sqlauthority.com/2007/03/15/sql-server-dbcc-reseed-table-identity-value-reset-table-identity/
