Publication and Subscription Properties

I am attaching the pictures of the publication and subscription properties so that I can get some advice on setting up the username and password for the Publication and Subscription Properties. I guess you are done with your publisher and your subscriber setup, you must have an initial snapshot to start the synchronization, to start the generate the initial snapshot, run the snapshot agent.
