window server is not booting

We are currently having problem to boot our window server 2008 after power failure. This is the Error Message received.( “ Server is offline or Missing virtual drive with preserve cache Please check the cable and ensure that all drives are present”) After researching the error, This link explain part of the problem but my sysadmin cannot boot the server: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732026.aspx pls advise

If you can't boot to DOS mode you're stuck. No emergency boot disk? You might ask over at http://serverfault.com/ - it's loaded with smart windows sysadmins
