Autogrowth and Merge Replication

We are using Merge Replication with SQL 2005. It seems I need to change the Autogrowth settings on the Publisher but I am wondering what the impact is to Replication. Will it force an Initialization? Anything else that I need to be aware of?

About autogrowth, Its explained well [here][1], Also check for [Instant File Initialization][2] by Paul Randal *"Will it force an Initialization?
