full backup failed

Hello, My full backup job is failing with below error,"Failed to flush the commit table to disk in dbid 21 due to error 2601" can you please advise why is this? I tried to take manual backup of the database but still same error message,I am using sql2008entp edition can you please let us know the remedy to take full backup

This seems to be a known error: , when change tracking is enabled on the database, with a fix available in Cumulative Update package 8 for SQL Server 2008 R2 :
