SSIS 2005 Text messages

Hi Can SSIS 2005 (BIDS) send a text message to a cell phone? If yes, then how? Thanks! Paws27284

You should be able to use the "Send Mail Task" to send the text message to the cell phone. The cell phone should have a corresponding "email" address for their number, such as 8001234567@sprint.com that you can send text messages to. Hope this helps!
