Prevent SQL Errorlog entries going to Windows Event Log

Does anyone know how Prevent SQL Errorlog entries going to Windows Event Log I'm Capturing both Failed & Successful logins and this is generating lots of entries (hundreds of thousands per day) which is causing the Windows Event log to only show the login information as this recyles it self. SQL error log I am cycling every couple of day using an agent job. Thank

There is a start up parameter for telling the SQL Server that it should not log anything to the Windows Event Log i.e. "-n", but please keep in mind that you then could be missing critical information as well.

Thats exactly what I was looking for. I will be using the -e for the informatrion to go to SQL Error log instead. So should capture everything in there. About to try it out in dev.
