SSIS package fails with error message

Hello, Job failed with below error message Executed as user: OLEX/manle_sql_prd. The step failed. can you please let us know the reason and remedy of the same error message.We are using sql 2008entp. thank you

Can you please give more details about your package? Moreover, Are you sure the user "OLEX/manle_sql_prd" has sufficient rights to execute the package? Does this package executes successfully in VS?

It sounds like the data structure was changed for a component that does Read / Write or a lookup. You will have to open the package up, fix the component's metadata (just double-clicking to open it should either fix or show what the errors are a suggest fixes).
