Profiler in SQL Express
Not sure if Profiler is included in the SSMS Express version (Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express), but if not, you can still use Profiler from any other edition against an Express instance.
You don't need Profiler. You can set up trace events and capture the data you need from SQL Express. Here's a great reference on how to do it from MSDN.
