SSIS: Rollback Tran when using Distributed Transaction Coordinator? (DTC)

Hi, I have an SSIS package, with multiple Execute SQL Tasks, and based on "logic" (i.e., not database failure) need to rollback the Execute SQL Tasks. I am assuming I need to execute a "Rollback Tran" in an Execute SQL Task, but this is failing. Error: Execute SQL Task: Executing the query "rollback tran" failed with the following error: "The Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) has cancelled the distributed transaction.". Possible failure reasons: Problems with the query, "ResultSet" property not set correctly, parameters not set correctly, or connection not established correctly.

My SQL Statement is simply "rollback tran", and the SQL Source Type is "Direct Input" Result Set is "None", IsQueryStoredProcedure is False. This Execute SQL Task is sharing the same connection and has Transaction set to "Supported" Thanks for any suggestions/guidance. STeve
