How to import multiple sheets in excel sheet to SQL server through SSIS

Hi
I want to import Excel file to SQL Server through SSIS(BI). while exporting i should select all the sheet(eg: sheet1,sheet2 ) in th excel to the sql server. Please guide me step by step how to do in Control flow and Dataflow...

The best way for you to understand SSIS would be to investigate the details from Books Online, here is a good starting point http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms141026.aspx. It will give examples and explain how to manage what you request.

One of the best ways to learn about importing to and from different sources is to use the Import Export Wizard.

Once you have created the project, click on Project in the menu, and then select SSIS Import and Export Wizard. Follow the simple steps, then study the package created and you will be able to see the steps the wizard uses.

In no time you will be able to recreate the steps yourself without using the wizard...
