SQL 6.5 Compatability

I know, really old SQL Server version. What versions of windows is SQL Server 6.5 compatible to run on and supported by Microsoft?

I have questions like this which that tag really best describes it for me. Hopefully it denotes that the question is legit but more for learning purposes. Thanks Scot and Matt

Looks like we have no answers for this.

Grant was heading in the right direction for current support (prior to removing his answer). SQL 6.5 is no longer supported.

However, it can still be installed and sp5 is still available from MSDN (along with SQL 6.5). 6.5 was supported on NT 4, but could also be installed on Server 2000 with little effort.

+1 - don't let it get you down! There's quiet periods on here, and I think this is definitely one of them!
