I wanted some reference book on dynamic sql exclusively.Can any of you suggest one?

I know it is not a book, but I would definitely start with "The Curse and Blessing of Dynamic SQL" at http://www.sommarskog.se/dynamic_sql.html It is written by an MVP and is impressively detailed.
