Replication in a windows 2003 server using sql management studio

I am trying to undo a replication that was improperly done by removing the distributor and publisher but I have the error that publisher cannot be removed because subscription does not exist. But its visible - I mean I can see this server has a publisher but I cant remove it from being the publisher. Please I need help urgently

Please provide details as to how you are attempting to remove the Publication.
