While rebuild index running it is going to use normally which file have maxsize.... first file have enough space for rebuild but the job was failed... let assume if it is using second file maybe the job was failed.... I didn't get a proper info which file is used for rebuild job? How to know which file is used exactly while rebuild job running?

If you have enough space in any of the files within a file group the job wouldn't run out of space, but if you have them in different file groups the rebuild could fail if the indexes within a file group would grow beyond the file limit. Take a look at where the indexes are placed. By the way, make sure you don't place any user objects in primary file group if you care about disaster recovery. And yes, I agree with @usman butt, if you get help, give credit to the one that helped you. We are all voluntary helping anyone and like to be recognized for it.
