MS SQL 2005 Express Edition Installation Error

HI, Issue : While installing SQL 2005 express edition below error is coming:- "The setup has encountered an unexpected error while installing perfomance counters. The error is -1073741790 Please HELP?

A quick google of the error message pointed to this [KB article about installing SQL 2005][1]. The install routine cannot deal with you installing SQL Server default instances into certain foldernames. Read through the KB article and see if that is the case you are encountering.
