I wish to do ITIL certificate for career development but I am not sure which ITIL certificate will help me in career according mine skills, am DBA and I work on SQL SERVER and DB2.
(1) Is ITIL certificate will help for DBA profiler peoples also in career?
(2) What are the ITIL certificate levels for DBA related skills?

To be honest I would suggest asking your question direct to ITIL - http://www.itil-officialsite.com/. I dont know of anyone who has an ITIL certification but we have had a couple of projects that started off needing to follow ITIL guidelines.

You can get the Foundation certificate for an overall knowledge of the terms and categories but your time is better pursuing, in my opinion, vendor certifications for the products you support if you are going to get any certifications.
If you work somewhere that requires ITIL they will have the tools and processes to support it. If they don't, then they need ITIL implementers more than DBAs with dB-centric ITIL skills.
