Yes while rebuild index maintainance plane running it was using current file group files. But I will create another file group I want to run rebuild inex run by using the new file group. So now onwards data is maintained in one file group and indexes are maintained in one file group... We have any chance to guide indexes to use another new file group?

I'm confused. Are you saying that you want the rebuild to use the extra space during the rebuild process, but not at other times? No, you can't do that. Do you mean you want the indexes moved to the other file? Then just move the indexes.

You just have to drop and recreate the indexes on the new file group. There's now way to push them there during maintenance. Just move them.

Oh, haven't seen other questions from the same person this topic or I would have referred back to those. Sorry.
