How to convert string to DateTime in SSIS

Hi Source is string - 20091101 (yyymmDD) format.( coming from text file) Destination is Table column- DateTime (data type). (table) i am looking for a transformation which gives me puses string as datetime with (yyyy-mm-dd) format. output should be 2009-11-01. Any inputs.

The solution is very simple but can you please let us know why you need to change the ISO format to language dependent format and when the destination column is already of DATETIME datatype?
