Cross Domain connection

Hi all

I need to understand how to allow cross domain windows authentication for SQL.

I have a SQL server in domain A I have a web server in domain B

I need to set up a credential in domain B that will allow me to connect to domain A SQL server using Domain A login details.

Confirmation will be when I can register a SQL server in Domain B , that resides in Domain B using Windows authentication.

Know the requirement is some kind of credentail but unsure how to create it in Windows 2008 r2

Hope that makes sense ?

It seems the web site requirements require a AD account.

A good friend of mine, Rodney Landrum, had a blog post a few weeks ago discussing this topic, referring to connecting to a DMZ.

Check out Rodney's blog here.
