IS it possible to write Exam sql server 2008 developer certification exams

can any one doing the Certification 70-451,70-452 directly.

Well, *somebody* can write the exams, because that's what has happened. What are you looking for? It's not clear from your question.

Do you want to take both exams at once? Do you want to take the exams without any other preparations than your experience. In that case - it will depend on your experience. Like @ThomasRushton says - your question does leave room for interpretation/imagination.
