The essence of this question is to sync data from different servers all in one place. You can use apps and tools that can help you sync all that different cloud data and databases, both external and internal.

Users have posted on different forums about copying and pasting, sharing folders over networks, Robocopy, or DFS, but these methods are less than ideal. Currently, three manual methods work, but they cannot be used when there are many files or folders. Uploading a lot of files can make the sync process take a long time. Also, users unfamiliar with Robocopy find it difficult to understand the parameters to use and how to copy files.

Otherwise, the best way to do this is to leave the burden on an IT-managed service that provides data management assistance. VLink is a wonderful platform that will do all your data-related work and provide assistance in no time. The team of experts there will sync all the data from different resources without hassle.
