Testing Data Mart as Data Source for SSAS

I am new at this so if I didn't explain well feel free to ask questions. Current Scenario - Star Schema: Database - TESTDM DimensionA PrimaryKeyA AttributesA DimensionB PrimaryKeyB AttributesB DimensionC PrimaryKeyC AttributesC FactTableA PrimaryKeyFTA DimAForeignKey DimBForeignKey DimCForeignKey AttributesA(FT) Is this enough to begin loading the data from flat files and other database sources,? Do data sources require to have relationships?

The data source need not have relationships, however there should be relationships in the datamart.
