MSDE SQL 2000 Startup Error - Bind failed on TCP port 1433.

Hi, I am getting given below error on SQL 2000 startup- **19012 : SuperSocket Info: Bind failed on TCP port 1433.** **SuperSocket info: (SpnRegister) : Error 1355.** I have tried given below solution but issue not resolved- (1) Run given below commands- RegSvr32 MSXML.DLL RegSvr32 MSXML2.DLL RegSvr32 MSXML3.DLL (2) Try with different port -2433 (3) Applied Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Hotfix 8.00.0697 for Ssnetlib.dll. Note: (1) SQL Service running with default single instance on machine. (2) No other service using Port-1433. (3) For temporary purpose I have disable TCP-IP and using named-pipe only. Please help?
