how do I use setup.exe for 64 bit

I'm trying to install 2005 64 bit after uninstalling the 32 bit instance. The setup.exe is for 32 bit only. Do I have to use the individual msi files?

Found the answer right after posting. The exe files have to be extracted to different locations or one will overwrite the other.
