How to uninstall msde named instance service

I am getting error "SQL Server could not find the specified named instance (YIELDWERXSERVER) - please specify the name of an existing instance on the invocation of sqlservr.exe"

the service "MSSQL$YIELDWERXSERVER" is running, but i think it is corrupt.

is there any way to repair this service or reinstall ? Problem is that this issue is on client machine in US.

are there any commands or step to repair this service or reinstall ?

Log in to server using terminal services and run Add/Remove programs from the Control panel. Hopefully you should be ableto uninstall/repair from there. It might be so that this is SQL Express, installed as part of a 3:rd party application. THen you ned to run the setup of that application.
