small scenario problem in replication?

Hi ,

I had a server system with two instances of SQL (MSSQLSERVER of 2005) and another instance (Sql2008 of Sql 2008 r2) . I am trying to replicate from (Sql2008 of Sql 2008 r2) to another client system(Sql 2008 r2). I checked that they both are connecting from SSMS. i added user to the client database with the schema db_owner. but the problem is after configruing replication
1. i added user as some Domain/Bhuvan to the client who is administrator to the server
2. But it is showing as error in replication monitor log as Login failed for the user Domian/Bcdd1$

How come it possible? how to overcome this?

regards
Bhuvan
