Website slow down or not accessible?

If one user is complaing about website slow down or not accessible what are the things i need to look at IIS leval,the way how i need to appoch it, I know this question need vast explanation but its urject for me please let me know few things i need to check to trouble shoot the issue.... Thanks in advance...

Might be better to ask this at a community more focused on IIS.

hmmm..please let me know if you know any community related to IIS..actually i addicted to this community :-) because i have not seen any community like sqlservercentral for fast and accurate responses from experts...
