Oracle Full backup and restore any time (snapshot) ?

Hello,

we have a software using Oracle, for training purpose we need to take a snapshot of the database and reset the database to it any time (when the training done)

I think RMAN is the best choice!

can some one advice how to use RMAN for this purpose? any other solutions?
