Can anybody explain me the structure of DUAL table of Oracle. Can we add records to this table ? Thank you.

Don't add or delete any records, you might get unpredictable results when it returns more or less than ONE row.
Update: As of a recent release, it's an internal table structure. It could be that you can't add a row. I'm not testing that, as there'd be no point to it and it could cause problems or confusion. You're welcome to try it, of course.
