SA is locked out

My SA account is LOCKED and Local Administrator Account is not available.(SQLSERVER 2005/WIn2008) In this scenario, how can I log on to sql server.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd207004.aspx Basically, restart the SQL Server service in single user mode when logged into the server as a member of the local administrator group. Then you can (re-)create the appropriate SQL Server administrator account, restart the server in normal mode, and away you go.

@DaniSQL - yes. If the OP doesn't have it, then, damn. If this is one of those "segregation of duties" issues, then he needs to get his local server admin to log him in as appropriate, or to temporarily grant him Admin rights over the server.

Am I correct thinking this only work's if you have local windows admin access which the OP doesnt have?
