How to remove an incident?

I have an ACT7 incident on my laptop that was installed by a former employer. The employer is no longer available and the incident is related to that server. I cannot install ACT 2010 because of this. I can find the Incident, but unable to delete becasue it's looking for the server. Any suggestions?

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

Still looking for a way to delete this incident without the server that was used to set it up please.

What do you mean by "incident"? Do you mean installation? or instance?

Presumably you are talking about [Sage ACT][1] the CRM tool. Whilst it runs on SQL Server, I guess you would be better aiming this question at a Sage specific community/forum (such as [here][2]), as this seems very application specific. [1]: http://www.act.com/ [2]: http://community.act.com/

I don't know anything about Sage ACT but here's what looks like a detailed database documentation: **[Data Dictionary and Model Diagram][1]** It's for version ACT 2010 (v.12). If that doesn't help - did you have a look at the Sage knowledgebase to see if you can find a data model for your version? **[ http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/cgi-bin/sagesoftwareonline.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php][2]** [1]: http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/cgi-bin/sagesoftwareonline.cfg/php/enduser/fattach_get.php?p_sid=RLkZxtpk&p_li=&p_accessibility=0&p_redirect=&p_file_id=22778&p_tbl=9&p_id=22924&p_created=1252442194&p_olh=0 [2]: http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/cgi-bin/sagesoftwareonline.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php
