SQL Bits 8... Anybody going to that event?

Hi, Anybody looking for Group registering the SQL Bits 8 event in Brighton? According from their website we can have 20% off for Group Register (more then 5 people). Anybody up for it? Thanks

Same as Fatherjack for me - hoping to get there, just not sure what days and how. Presuming you are UK based - if you get along to your local SQL Server User Group, they too will have discount codes.

as far as I know @Matt Whitfield and the #SQLSoton crew were hoping to be involved with the community corner so I would suggest that we meet there. Maybe we could coordinate it over twitter with the #ASKSSC tag?

I've no idea how to find anyone (no smartphone for me, so no mobile twitter et al), so @Fatherjack's suggestion is a good one - meet at the community corner thing. I look pretty much like my gravatar and am about 6 foot tall, so shouldn't be too hard to find. Anyone who sees me, come and talk to me - I will be coming on my own and I don't bite.

I have been told I look like a mug so yep, my gravatar is accurate too. I'll probably have a RedGate or Plain Lazy T-Shirt on, and quite possibly shorts. Oh BTW, @Kev Riley looks 'exactly' like his gravatar ;)

I've met @Fatherjack, @Matt Whitfield and @Kev Riley before (is Kev going? I've lost track...) We just sort of found each other last time - I found @Fatherjack by walking in through the door at SQLBits 7.

they need to soon if they haven't. SQLBits7 was over subscribed. If they get no luck via the website then they might be able to get in on a cancellation if they are lucky
