Linked report basics

I use VS2005 - on my report I need to let the user click a field and have it take them to a specific spot on another report. Example report a Executive name Joe Smith, Dan Aliton etc. Click on Joe, then the other report opens at Joes items. Any direction would be appreciated.

I think that URL Access in Reporting Services may help you here. You can supply the page to jump to when calling the Sub-Report: [URL Access][1] I have a vague memory of using that in old reports that I built. [1]: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms153586(SQL.90).aspx
