sql server 2008 64 bit replication

hi team, i have my sql server 2008 Standard Edition (64-bit) edition 10.0.1600.22 as publisher and sql server 2008 r2 Express Edition with Advanced Services edition 10.50.1600.1 as subscriber. can we have replication in between then

Ramesh, SQL Server on-disk storage format is the same in the 64-bit and 32-bit environments, a replication topology can combine server instances that run in a 32-bit environment and server instances that run in a 64-bit environment. So 64 or 32 Environment doesn't matter!. Your concern should be on the versions and Editions. Considerations : For all types of replication, the Distributor version must be no earlier than the Publisher version. For transactional replication, a Subscriber to a transactional publication can be any version within two versions of the Publisher version. For merge replication, a Subscriber to a merge publication can be any version no later than the Publisher version. check out this [Article from MSDB : Using Multiple Versions of SQL Server in a Replication Topology][1], Hope it will be useful.
