Problem in viewing ssrs report(Unable to load client print control in SSRS)

Hi

I have deployed a report on server and now my clients are viewing the report. The report is being shown using a reportviewer. Some of my clients machines are showing report properly where as some are giving the below error

"Unable to load client print control". What could be the problem

Unable to guess why it is giving problem only to certain machines and works fine in other machines.

Looking out for solution..

It explains the issue and what steps need to be done to correct it.

Hi thanks for the reply, i went through the link, its telling to remove the reg key which i am not able to find the key in the local machine. what do i do now :(
