Backing up registered server list

How do I back up my list of registered servers in SSMS?

If you are migrating your registered server list from SQL 2005 to 2005 or from 2008 to 2008 just follow what @ThomasRushton suggested above. However if you are migrating your list from a SQL 2005 server to 2008 is unsupported and you should follow [this work around by Buck Woody][1] or you should do it programatically.
