Buffer Management Object

I found out what it does ([Buffer Management Object][1]), but how do you use it? [1]: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms189628.aspx

Brad McGehee has a few tips on it here [ http://www.sql-server-performance.com/tips/sql_server_performance_monitor_coutners_p1.aspx][1]. Do you have any issues with your servers that you are trying to resolve? [1]: http://www.sql-server-performance.com/tips/sql_server_performance_monitor_coutners_p1.aspx

Read the article and it has a lot of descriptions, but isn't really a how to. Not asking to be spoon fed, but maybe where to find it in the ssms or a command code example is all I need.
