Tax Rate Tables

Hi, I am developing a tax calculator. For that I need tax rate tables both state of CA and Federal. I have these tax Rate tables (DE 44, Notice 1036) available online in PDF format. How can i get those tax rate tables in MS access/ SQL server/ EXcel. or any body has DE 44 , NOtice 1036 tables in any of the above mentioned format please send it to me (rmk135@gmail.com).
