Import from an Excel spreadsheet

Hi we have a Excel sheet like The Table Struc below

Date Range : Jan 1, 2010 - Jan 15 , 2010                    
-------------------------------------------                    
Name, Cost                    
-------------------------------------------                    
XXX,  1000                    
YYY,  2000                    
ZZZ,  1000                    
-------------------------------------------

When i am trying to Import this Data from Excel to DB in SSIS, i want start date and end date for each and every name. How can i do this. Please let me know if any one know the solution for this.
