SQL Reporting services 2000

We have a customer running SSRS 2000 on SBS 2003. We recently made a change to the FQDN used to access the server externally (used the SBS Wizard to achive this) and becuase SSRS is not covered by the SBS wizard modified the RSWebApplication.config file accordingly.

Everything works perfectly from any domain machine on the LAN but if users try to access any report that requires parameters from outside the LAN they get the following error:-

"This report requires a default or user-defined value for the report parameter 'ParamName'. To run or subscribe to this report, you must provide a parameter value. (rsReportParameterValueNotSet) Get Online Help"

Reports that do not require parameters work both inside an outside the LAN? I am guessing that this is a permissions issue but whether it's IIS or something else, I am not sure.

Any help here greatly appeciated.
