slowly shanging dimension to oracle not working

I have a problem when I am using SSIS in SQLServer 2008 to do Dimensions compartion and do changes for DataBase in Oracle.

I have searched in the net and I Noticed that to resolve this problem is to make my Fact and Dimesnions in SQLServer DB I am using this function "slowly shanging dimension tool " . if the answer is to make our DB for Fact and Dimensions SQLServer this will be impossible ,and I am looking for solution within the SQLSerevr SSIS and Oracle DB for fact and dimensions .
